Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing warranty tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and external trades. Assessment of concerns and timely communication will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend appointments to assess and resolve homeowner issues
• Document all service concerns and outlines of resolution
• Coordinate with trades for efficient corrective actions
• Ensure work meets service quality and legal requirements

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of residential construction experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
