Building Systems Technician

MOVATI Athletic seeks a skilled Building Systems Technician to manage and maintain our club's physical environment. In this role, you will carry out preventive maintenance, address system outages, and assist in annual building inspections. Your adherence to health and safety standards is essential in keeping our clubs attractive and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Complete routine and preventive maintenance checks

• Assist in troubleshooting system disruptions

• Manage contractor quotes and ensure quality completion

• Follow health and safety procedures diligently

Requirements:

• Community College Certificate as a Building Environmental Systems Operator

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Strong technical understanding of building systems

• Problem-solving and communication skills needed

• Certification in pool operations is a plus
