We’re currently hiring motivated, safety-focused Millwrights to join our maintenance team in a full-time, permanent, in-town opportunity. Responsibilities:
As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant equipment reliability and performance including:
Performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, seals, and rotating equipmentTroubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsDiagnosing equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement initiativesReading and interpreting drawings and plans to complete repairs efficiently and safelyAssembling, fitting, aligning, and adjusting machinery and equipmentResponding to breakdowns and minimizing operational downtimeWorking collaboratively with operations, engineers, electricians, welders, and other tradesMaintaining accurate maintenance records within the CMMS systemSupporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentQualifications & Skills:
Journeyperson Millwright Certification (Alberta) and/or Red Seal Certification
ORRegistered 4th Year Millwright Apprentice (Alberta Apprenticeship Program)Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, or heavy equipment environment considered an assetStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to safety and safe work practicesPositive attitude with a strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentBasic computer skillsWhat We Offer:
