Position: BearCom Wireless Technician Role
Become a Field Service Technician II at Bear Com, specializing in the installation and support of wireless communication systems. You'll create programming solutions while ensuring high standards in customer service.

In this dynamic role, you will handle the installation and servicing of various wireless communications equipment, creating mid-level programming codeplugs as needed. With a deep understanding of RF technologies and strong diagnostic skills, you will ensure each client’s needs are met. Flexibility for regional travel and on-call hours is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement mid-level programming for wireless systems

• Install and service diverse communication technologies

• Advise customers on appropriate equipment

• Oversee on-call and regional service duties

• Diagnose and repair RF communication equipment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technician experience in RF or electronics

• Understanding of network and electronic systems

• Proficient with test and diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver’s license; drug screenings required

• Preferred credentials in electronics or networking
