Role Description

The Plumber/HVAC Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems in residential properties. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing routine inspections, completing piping and fixture installations, and ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements. The technician will interact directly with customers, explain service options, provide clear recommendations, and maintain accurate service records.

The role requires working both independently and as part of a team to deliver timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications
  • Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems
  • Experience working with pipes, fittings, and related tools and materials
  • Proficiency in maintenance and repair of HVAC and heating systems, with a focus on preventative maintenance
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service, including clear communication and professional conduct
  • Relevant trade certification in plumbing and/or HVAC; gas fitting certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within Edmonton and surrounding areas
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, work in varied environments, and use hand and power tools safely
