Langier Real Estate Developments Ltd. is expanding its construction team and is in search of a Junior Maintenance Technician. A no-experience-needed position, this entry-level opportunity allows you to learn essential skills in property maintenance. You'll perform various tasks while supporting both residents and the construction team in multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general carpentry including drywall and framing
• Undertake minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist in cabinet installation and painting tasks
• Provide handyman service in apartments and job sites
• Relay maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
• Requires valid class 5 driver’s license
Contribute to quality maintenance services as a Junior Maintenance Technician at Langier Real Estate.
