As a leading heavy construction contractor in Alberta, Sureway is hiring a Journeyperson Field Foreman to oversee field operations. You will need a strong background in off-road machinery, particularly with CAT and Komatsu equipment. This role entails ensuring efficient maintenance practices and promoting safety protocols within the field team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure top-notch maintenance of all equipment
• Oversee both preventative and emergency repairs
• Lead field technicians and manage daily operations
• Dispatch technicians and welders for projects
• Perform quality and performance checks regularly
Requirements:
• Must possess Red Seal Journeyperson certification
• 5-10 years of heavy equipment technician experience
• Off-road expertise is essential
• Familiarity with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. is required
• Reliable personal vehicle and full tools required
