Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking By Hand Welders with Stainless Steel experience for our project at DOW Chemical UPI scope in Fort Saskatchewan, AB

• Schedule Rotation: 14/7
• Night shift and day shift available
• Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement

• Perform accurate By Hand Welding
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass required inspections
• Work collaboratively with Pipe fitters, apprentices, and shop crew to maintain efficient shop flow.
• Mentor and guide apprentices as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and uphold shop standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

• CSTS 2020
• WHMIS 2015
• A valid Journeyperson Welder Certification and CWB Certification (Red Seal/recognized trade ticket required)
• Industrial Welding Experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production welding targets.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
• The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
• Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
