Position: Skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic Wanted
Blackline Civil Inc. in Alberta seeks a Skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to inspect, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment and diesel vehicles in a full-time role.

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of machinery through diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs. Your hands-on experience and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial as you work closely with operators and supervisors. You’ll be expected to uphold high safety standards throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty equipment problems

• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Collaborate effectively with team members

• Meet all safety regulations in work conducted

Requirements:

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification required

• Extensive knowledge of diesel and hydraulic systems

• Experience with CAT, Komatsu, or John Deere preferred

• Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 3 considered)

• Outstanding attention to detail and judgment
