We are hiring multiple Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanics for work that primarily involves engine diagnostics, repairs and overhauls on a wide variety of Caterpillar engine platforms.

Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Certification
- Minimum 2 years experience working on 3500 series engines
- Previous Gas Engine and Power Generation experience would be considered an asset
- Dedication to safety
- Strong experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Emissions systems experience
- Transmission or Hydraulic testing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
Important Details:
- This position is located inshop in Edmonton on a Monday-Friday shiftbut will switch to a 7x7 continuous shift
- Candidateselectionwillbe in compliance withthe Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement
