Location: City of Leduc
Work with Ledcor as a Bridge Laborer focused on bridge maintenance in Alberta. Gain valuable experience operating heavy tools while adhering to strict safety standards.
This role is designed for individuals with construction experience, who will address key responsibilities such as operating jackhammers and performing maintenance on bridges. Prospective candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and a Class 5 driver’s license. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy tools safely for maintenance tasks
• Execute bridge maintenance activities including sealing and painting
• Follow quality and safety specifications at all times
• Work in confined spaces and at heights as needed
• Maintain collaboration with work teams and managers
Requirements:
• 3+ years of bridge or construction background preferred
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license, Class 3 is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors and endure challenging conditions
• Residency in the greater Edmonton area required
• Availability for travel and shift work including nights
