Encore is seeking a dedicated Technician to manage audiovisual systems for events in Edmonton, Alberta. You'll operate basic audiovisual equipment, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain positive relationships. Requirements:

• High School Diploma;
Associate degree preferred

• 1 year customer service or hospitality experience

• 1 year audiovisual experience or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle operation

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
