Join Clark Builders as a Fleet/Equipment Lead Hand on the Sturgeon Data Centre project. You will prioritize tasks and manage maintenance for diverse equipment while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
This role at Clark Builders in Fort Saskatchewan requires you to oversee daily task assignments and maintenance for small and heavy machinery. You will play a crucial role in enhancing equipment performance by troubleshooting various operational issues and maintaining exceptional service standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills will be vital as you support your team and work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on construction machinery
• Diagnose and repair fuel, electrical, hydraulic systems
• Manage preventive maintenance reports effectively
• Communicate equipment readiness and repair estimates
• Support Field Operations Manager in team management
Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician preferred
• 5+ years experience with heavy equipment
• Valid Alberta driver’s license required
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
