Key Responsibilities:
• Complete renovation tasks, ensuring customer comfort and safety
• Fit and install cabinets, doors, windows, and flooring
• Manage drywall repairs and painting as needed
• Advise Maintenance Associates on repairs and maintenance
• Maintain accurate inventory and cleanliness of tools
Requirements:
• Proven background in carpentry and residential plumbing
• Solid experience with drywall, flooring, and cabinetry
• Familiarity with computer tablets
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
