Chinook Equipment seeks experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics for field and shop assignments supporting its growing company. A mandatory Journeyman HET Technician ticket anchors the position, with preference for broad off-road equipment knowledge. Mechanics need communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and physical readiness for outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair equipment in field or shop settings
- Use service-truck experience when supporting customers
- Work outdoors and perform heavy physical tasks
- Lift at least 50 pounds and more
- Mandatory Journeyman HET Technician ticket
- Broad off-road equipment knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass criminal record and drug screening
