**** We’re looking for a talented individual to...
** Be the face of our program in customers’ homes across northern Saskatchewan. This is a hands-on, field role. You’ll visit homes, install energy-saving products, check thermostat eligibility, and leave customers with a great experience. You’ll do 3 to 4 appointments a day, and about every other week you’ll travel and stay overnight to cover your territory.
** The successful candidate will be located in the Saskatoon area.
**** What you’ll be doing:
*** Complete 3 to 4 residential appointments per day.
* Install low-cost energy efficiency products such as LED light bulbs, faucet aerators, shower heads, and block heater timers.
* Show customers how to use energy-saving items such as a drying rack.
* Check customers’ thermostats to see if they qualify for a smart thermostat.
* Complete Youreka forms accurately for every visit.
* Give customers clear technical guidance on the products you install.
* Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend solutions.
* Travel throughout your territory, including overnight stays roughly every other week.
* Represent the program and our company with professionalism and strong customer service.

* What you bring:

*** Strong customer service skills.
* Hands-on, handy skills and comfort installing basic household products.
* A basic understanding of how home systems work, including furnaces.
* General labour experience (a trades background is not required but is a significant asset).
* Training in home structure or building science (an asset).
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving background and your own reliable transportation.
* Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight as the role requires.
* Ability to work independently in customers’ homes and manage your own daily schedule.  
** Targeted Compensation:**$23-$25/h
** Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements
** If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the
** Canadian National Safety Code (NSC)**, and any federal regulations for extra‐provincial operations, including hours‐of‐service and safety fitness requirements.
