GDI Ainsworth seeks a Facilities Technician 3 to deliver building operations and maintenance within assigned facilities. You will handle repairs, confirm code adherence, oversee contractors, and follow reporting processes. The work also requires adherence to company quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide building operations, maintenance, and repair services
Verify adherence to building compliance and codes
Manage contractor oversight for assigned facility work
Follow reporting, documentation, and process requirements
Perform duties safely under applicable company policies
Requirements:
Five to ten years of certified journeyman experience
Self-motivated approach and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Awareness of Environment, Health and Safety issues
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
