Pinnacle Lifestyles is looking for team members for the summer season at Pinnacle Trails Resort, running from April to September. Candidates will rotate between guest-facing duties and housekeeping, ensuring a remarkable stay for vacationers. Weekend and holiday availability is essential for this full-time and part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in processes

• Handle reservations smoothly in a fast-paced setting

• Operate the camp store and assist with sales

• Share insights on local attractions and resort services

• Keep accommodations and common areas pristine

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience

• Previous hospitality or resort background preferred

• Friendly, professional demeanor focused on guest needs

• Ability to adapt and communicate effectively

• Passion for outdoor activities and resort life
