In this influential role, you will shape Edson's future through effective leadership in Infrastructure & Planning. As the successor to a long-serving General Manager, this position is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about sustainable community growth and responsible infrastructure management. Your expertise will be essential in providing strategic advice, overseeing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice to CAO and Town council
• Lead capital project management and risk assessment
• Execute the Asset Management Plan with other Divisions
• Manage community land holdings and policies
• Oversee budget preparation and fiscal responsibility
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of professional experience at a senior level
• Degree in Urban Planning or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
• Strong skills in project management and analysis
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Drive strategic infrastructure initiatives and foster growth in Edson.
