As a Journeyman, you will provide essential plumbing and gas fitting services under the Facilities Department. Your ability to work with minimal supervision and assess maintenance needs will directly impact operational efficiency. Strong confidentiality and organizational skills are critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all plumbing-related duties competently

• Inspect school infrastructure for maintenance requirements

• Work closely with the Director of Facilities to ensure quality

• Manage inventory and maintenance systems using technology

• Maintain confidentiality across all tasks and interactions

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid journeyman's certificate in gas fittings

• A valid Class 5 Driver's license or higher when needed

• Safety certifications including First Aid and WHMIS

• Capable of working autonomously while prioritizing tasks

• Physical capacity to complete all duties effectively
