Position: Journeyman Instrumentation Technician Opportunity
Become a Journeyman Instrumentation Technician at PTW, located in Edson. This role focuses on delivering precision in electrical and instrumentation services while prioritizing client needs and safety.

As part of PTW, your responsibilities will include installing, testing, and maintaining instrumentation in industrial environments. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring that installations are executed flawlessly. A commitment to safety standards and effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will be the point of contact for equipment status updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and calibrate control instrumentation systems

• Maintain industrial equipment and auxiliary systems

• Coordinate installations and start-ups effectively

• Read technical schematics and control drawings

• Clearly communicate project updates and safety issues

Requirements:

• Journeyman Instrumentation Technician certificate mandatory

• Valid certifications in H2S Alive and First Aid

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical principles

• Driver’s license with flexible work availability
