• Lead and perform financial statement engagements from planning through report delivery
• Prepare and review business and individual income tax returns
• Research complex accounting and tax matters and develop practical solutions
• Identify tax planning opportunities that add value for clients
• Analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements
• Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Build strong relationships while delivering exceptional client service
• Collaborate with team members across service lines to provide comprehensive client support

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a Business degree with an Accounting emphasis
• Ideally 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience in either tax or audit engagements
• Having or in pursuit of your CPA or CMA is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with CCH Pro Systems Tax, Case Ware, Sage, Quick Books, or similar accounting software preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
