Facilities Administrator - Distribution Center

The Role

The Distribution Center Facilities Administrator will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Procurement and Operations team in the performance of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The Administrator will coordinate DC activities daily under the direction of the Sr Operations Manager, develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others, and always represent the company in a positive and supportive manner.

• Supports the Facilities Manager and Procurement Team.
• Serves as a liaison between facility/building/housekeeping vendors, managing inventory, ordering supplies, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Handles administrative duties for vendor invoicing, billing processing, discrepancies, and reconciliation.
• Manages the administration, handling, and processing of facility purchase orders for the distribution center.
• Creates and runs facilities inventory and may support procurement reports as needed.

• Highly motivated, a team player and self‑starter.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of inventory control processes.
• 2‑4 years of related experience.

Salary range: $19.47 – $21.88 per hour (US‑IN, Midwest Distribution Center). Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
