What You Will Do
- This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting student records in relation to admissions, records, registration, and billing activities.
- This position investigates and resolves problems using the student database and other campus resources. Interprets policies, procedures, and requirements to customers related to admissions, records, and registration.
- Responsible for adding/dropping/withdrawing students into and from classes, maintains student name changes, address changes, and curriculum changes.
- Investigates academic record issues to make appropriate corrections or to refer to higher level.
- This position is responsible for all production for all campuses affiliated with SIUE, including Alton School of Dental Medicine and East St. Louis.
- Prepares monthly reports of conference card meal plan activities and creates and distributes billing invoices to appropriate offices.
- Attends all New Student and Transfer Orientation sessions and works directly with New Student Programs to produce for all incoming students.
- Responsible for assisting with changes in policy, procedures, and efficiencies.
- Works collaboratively with various offices on campus and with external vendors to produce, maintain, and record conference meal cards and the activities associated with them.
- Responsible for contacting and scheduling maintenance with the vendor, and is responsible for inventory, ordering, and organizing all supplies.
- This position directly assists students, faculty, and staff with registration and curriculum changes that affects enrollment, headcount, and billing records.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Any one or combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the categories below:
course work in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
60 semester hours or an Associates Degree equals eighteen months (18 months)
90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
work experience in administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related experience.
