What You Will Do
- The Intake and Support Services Coordinator is responsible for receiving and coordinating the initial response to discrimination complaints and other EOA related concerns (including sexual assault, sexual harassment, relationship violence, and stalking). Coordinate the referral of impacted students and employees to supportive resources on campus and in the community. Responsible for ongoing case management of pending matters utilizing online case tracking system.
Assist with developing and managing trainings and educational programming. - Assist with all aspects of EOA efforts to resolve pending matters including obtaining, managing and maintaining evidence. Responsible for staffing daily EOA office coverage, promptly responding to emails and phone calls directed to EOA office points of contact. Manage office budget, purchases, and administrative functions. Support EOA compliance planning including the collection of data, creation of reports for senior management, and the maintenance of records in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
Students will be the primary beneficiaries of this position. It will provide a higher level of support for those who have experienced trauma and are at risk of stopping out.

- -Bachelor's degree
- AND
- -1+ years of work experience in a related job discipline (consideration will be given for experience gained through practicum, internship, etc.)
- Ability to remain neutral and objective while handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and compassion.
- Experience with collecting information in a way that is both efficient and people oriented (ie., trauma informed and supportive)
- Well developed oral and written language skills to faciliate clear communication.
- Ability to draft thorough and detailed reports.
- Ability to act both independently and collaboratively, and to exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage time and tasks effectively, maintain detailed records.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply University policies as well as general understanding of Title IX, Title VII, and ADA/504.

- Two (2) years of experience in high volume environment.
