To view full posting and apply, visit  The School of Nursing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is seeking candidates for two (2) full‑time, tenure‑track nursing faculty positions. SIUE, a Doctoral/Professional University, is dedicated to exemplary student instruction.

As a tenure‑track faculty member, you are expected to demonstrate competent teaching across the curriculum, including didactic, clinical, simulation, and online settings in undergraduate and/or graduate programs. are also expected to contribute to curriculum development, student mentorship, and ongoing program evaluation, maintain a program of scholarship relevant to nursing practice and education, and engage in service to the School of Nursing, the University, and relevant professional or community constituencies.

• A Master’s of Science in Nursing and an earned doctorate is required.
• Candidates who hold a Juris Doctorate or Medical Doctorate must also have an earned Doctorate in another nursing, education, or related field.
• Candidates must have at least two years’ experience in clinical nursing.
• Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered RN License in Illinois and Missouri or be eligible for licensure upon hire.

• Preferred candidates will demonstrate teaching experience across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs and multiple modalities such as classroom, clinical, simulation, and online.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare/nursing administration, healthcare leadership, and/or DNP project oversight are preferred.
