O2B Kids – Now Hiring in Illinois!

O2B Kids is part of O2B Early Education, which began in Gainesville, FL, in 1998. Since then, we've expanded across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota—with many more locations on the horizon, including several new states.

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Edwardsville, Illinois location, scheduled for August 2025! In addition, we are also opening a center in O'Fallon, Illinois around the same time. You only need to apply once to be considered for both locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
