Financial Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through high-stakes financial milestones. You will design, implement, and manage bespoke financial strategies that protect and grow our clients' wealth across generations.

• Retirement Planning: Designing distribution strategies and lifestyle preservation plans.
• Investment Management: Constructing risk-managed portfolios, tax-loss harvesting, and ongoing asset allocation.
• Legacy Planning: Navigating multi-generational wealth transfers, trust coordination, and philanthropic strategies.
• Client Advisory: Lead deep-dive discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and family dynamics.
• Plan Architecture: Build comprehensive financial plans utilizing advanced planning software.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to align with shifting market conditions and personal goals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain proactive, high-touch communication to provide peace of mind during market volatility.

Qualifications We Look For

• Experience: 5+ years of successful wealth management or financial planning experience.
• Credentials:
  CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation highly preferred.
• Licensing: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) active licenses, plus state life and health insurance licenses.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like eMoney and Redtail a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
