Your skills with the scissors and clipper are only rivaled by your exceptional ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident in your chair.

A perfect candidate for a PHD position at Hair Saloon is a team player motivated to constantly improve their grooming and communication skill set, and who holds a barber or cosmetology license in the state you're applying to work. • Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures
• Perform premium men's grooming services to Hair Saloon standards
• Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their individual needs
• Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members
• Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities
• Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board
• Experience in customer service, computer, and cash controls is not necessary but preferred

• Earnings potential depending on full- or part-time hours

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
