Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager

Job Overview

We are immediately hiring a 1st Shift Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager internally titled Senior Logistics Manager in Edwardsville, IL for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Exempt, salary paid twice per month. Annual salary range $90,000 to $95,000 with 10% bonus eligibility. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; additional hours, days, and varying schedules may be required to meet business demands.

• Lead inventory operations within a fast‑paced distribution environment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain strong inventory controls.
• Drive operational excellence across the facility.
• Manage large‑scale inventory programs and lead warehouse teams.
• Analyze inventory performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce shrinkage, improve cycle count accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory auditing, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, transportation, procurement, and finance teams.
• Interface directly with the customer to resolve issues in a timely manner and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
• Manage profit & loss statements as required by complexity and scope.
• Lead a proactive safety program and enforce location safety management plans.
• Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance for employees while maintaining a positive employee‑relations environment.
• Monitor equipment maintenance using checklists and observations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry‑related field.
• Five (5) or more years managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
• Three (3) or more years of profit & loss responsibility preferred.
• One (1) or more year of customer interaction experience preferred.
• DOT regulated experience required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities and ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Capability to multitask and remain highly organized.
• Experience with continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives preferred.
