Position Title:
Mill Operator / Batch Weigher Wage: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours:
3:00pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday) A well-established manufacturing company in Edwardsville, KS is hiring for multiple 2nd Shift Manufacturing opportunities starting at $20+/hr! If you have experience in machine operation, mixing/batching, forklift, production, material handling, or other hands-on manufacturing environments, we want to talk to you!

- Operating industrial mills, mixers, pumps, and other production equipment
- Weighing and measuring raw materials according to formulas and batch instructions
- Mixing batches and following the proper order of ingredients
- Monitoring equipment and adjusting machine settings
- Collecting product samples and working with Quality Control
- Making product adjustments as directed
- Packaging finished ink into various containers
- Labeling, canning, repacking, and preparing finished products
- Operating pump/filter and press-out equipment
- Moving materials using a forklift
- Recording production and processing information
- Performing basic troubleshooting and scheduled equipment maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
- Following established safety procedures and required SOPs
- At least three months of related manufacturing or production experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow formulas, written instructions, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be available
