The RoleThe Tradeshow & Marketing Coordinator owns the end-to-end execution of Nevco's trade shows and sponsor ships - from logistics and shipping, to lead capture and post-show reporting across Nevco Sports and our portfolio brands (Fan Zone Scoreboards, Nevco Media Group, and Hometown Live). This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that blends operations, sales enablement, and marketing execution. No two weeks look the same: one day you're packing and shipping demo equipment, the next you're building a Salesforce lead-capture campaign or coordinating social content from a show floor.
This position will be on site in Edwardsville Illinois. 20% travel.
- Coordinate and execute 80+ annual regional and national trade shows (registrations, logistics, shipping, reporting and on-site needs) across Nevco Sports and Nevco Brands (Fan Zone Scoreboards, Nevco Media Group, and Hometown Live).
- Own and maintain the annual master tradeshow calendar, keeping Sales and Marketing aligned on commitments and deadlines.
- Manage and track all tradeshow-related expenses (registrations, shipping, warehousing, furnishings, supplies, equipment) against budget.
- Proactively communicate key tradeshow dates, schedules and logistics updates to Sales Reps with enough lead time to prepare and lead follow-up expectations.
- Pack and ship all UPS tradeshow equipment (ranging 2–50 lbs); coordinate with the Shipping Manager on LTL freight for larger demo equipment.

- Schedule and track return/forward shipment of tradeshow equipment through LTL Website.
- Recertify incoming equipment in a timely manner at office or warehouses; coordinate recertification of larger demo units with the service team.
- Build and manage lead-capture campaigns and landing pages in Salesforce and Pardot for each show.
- Report on lead volume, quality, and tradeshow ROI to Sales and Marketing leadership each quarter - closing the loop between show spend and pipeline impact.
- Source and manage vendors for booth backdrops, signage, giveaways, and other show assets.
- Track and manage all corporate sponsor ships, including fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
- Assist process for collecting install photos and customer testimonials for use across marketing channels including social media and website gallery.
- Oversee marketing collateral for all shows, ensuring relevant and current collateral is sent
- Maintain product spec sheets, ensuring they are up to date and on the website - working with Sales and Engineering to update as products change.
- Manage all coding and expensing of the Nevco marketing credit card.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by the Director of Marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event/Meeting Management, Communications, or equivalent experience.
