We are looking for a full‑time retail store manager who will lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The manager builds and supervises a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession, driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation and sound operational practices, while controlling store expenses.
• Connect with the community to increase awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.

• Previous management experience, required.
• Specialty retail store management experience, preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency, necessary.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.

Hourly: $26.08 – $28.98 (pay range may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level and work location). Eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
