Wage: $21.80 per hour.

• Ensure all post orders are followed, established rounds completed, and required reports filed.
• Notify proper authorities, clients, and Securitas management of emergency situations.
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate; meet personally with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers on the functions of their positions, review site post orders, and other details of their duties.
• Work with company management or designated representatives to ensure adequate coverage of all posts while on duty.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as needed.
• Inspect posts and meet with on‑duty Security Officers to verify tasks are completed.
• Perform supervisory duties following company policies, state and federal laws, including training, task assignment, coaching, and problem resolution.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Exceptional customer service and team leadership skills.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment, using appropriate escalation.
• Complete Company pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Security.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to inspire others.
• Ability to train officers and ensure policy adherence.
• Meet deadlines and maintain above average communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PERC Card required.
