Wage Range: $17.00-$18.71 per hour

Seeking a Security Officer to provide excellent service to clients and guests while maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, de‑escalation, frequent interactions with client employees and guests, reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions or suspicious activity, ensuring post orders are followed, completing assigned rounds, and carrying out site‑specific duties.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid PERC Security Officer License in Illinois.
• Ability to walk on uneven terrain, stairs, and stand/walk 75–80% of shift.
• Position requires 75–80% time outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (driving site).
• Reliable transportation and cell phone.
• High School Diploma or GED, or willingness to complete GED within six months.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Calm, professional in stressful situations with strong attention to detail.
• Rapid judgment and escalation in emergencies.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays (no day shift).
