Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC;
Operate and maintain operations equipment to include powered industrial and floor scrubbing equipment;
Inspect batteries for damage, leaks, or wear and tears; manage charging cycles for electric forklifts;
Fix minor electrical issues, plumbing, and carpentry; maintain exterior of the property;
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system operations; maintain repair logs and records
