Xseed Delivery is an Amazon DSP recognized for its exceptional delivery performance, operating out of Amazon's warehouse in Edwardville, IL. As a Delivery Driver with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and safely.

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must have held a state driver’s license for at leastfour years. Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-panel Drug Screening(that does not include testing for marijuana)
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) Delivery Driver Xseed Delivery DSP experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.
• What You’ll Do:
  
  Successfully handle and deliver packages on time, Safely drive and perform safety inspections
  
  On Company vehicles, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Keep paceina physically demanding job; work in allweatherconditions;
• lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with a support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative tasks such as clocking in and out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in a delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
