Position Summary

Tractor‑tanker operator responsible for safe driving, trailer maintenance, and yard logistics within Walmart distribution center.

• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Inspect trailers to ensure mechanical safety and emergency equipment functions; maintain proper fuel levels and conduct inventory checks.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (e.g., yard management system radio) to move trailers to designated locations.
• Maintain records, logs, and forms, including DOT‑required documentation.
• Operate tractor‑trailer unit safely, adhering to all safety requirements and situational controls.
• Collaborate with team members, promote a culture of belonging, and mentor peers.
