Operational Support Associate - RS - Nights

Responsibilities

The Receiving Support Specialist (RSS) supports the Receiving department by verifying shortages and overages, processing, stocking, selecting, moving, and loading manufactured goods received by the distribution center for shipment to Lowe’s retail stores. The RSS identifies receiving issues such as damages or barcode problems and notifies supervisory personnel for resolution.

Responsible for working a set schedule that may change based on facility needs and for working morning, afternoon, night, or weekend shifts as assigned. Must work in a warehouse environment and be able to lift 40 pounds (up to 70 pounds with or without accommodation).

• Strong safety orientation and a proven record of complying with safety requirements.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in distribution center or previous warehouse operations.
• Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck).
• Experience performing detail‑oriented tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.

Pay Range: $19.05 – $23.25 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
