The Forklift Operator II is primarily responsible for safely operating complex powered material handling equipment, including High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork Truck, for the purpose of product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. This position is responsible for product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
- Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
- Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
- Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
- Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
- Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
- Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
- Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need.
- Adhering to strict OSHA safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience with daily power equipment operations, preferred. 6-month minimum is required.
- Must meet all PPE and fall protection requirements.
- Ability to operate powered complex material handling equipment:
High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork Truck. - Comfortable working on equipment at extended heights.

- Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
