Job Summary
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, moving, picking, and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include applying and scanning labels to ensure product is properly tracked, and ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor and operates in a fast‑paced environment using handheld scanning equipment. The role functions as a team player and follows established processes.
- 1st Shift – starts between 5:00 am‑7:00 am until 1:30 pm‑3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift – starts between 1:00 pm‑2:00 pm until 9:30 pm‑10:30 pm
- 3rd Shift – starts between 3:00 pm‑6:00 pm until 1:30 am‑4:30 am
- AWS Shift – Sat, Sun, Mon – 6:00 am‑6:45 pm
- Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping, and warehousing materials.
- Collect information to identify problems and their origins.
- Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
- Implement prescribed steps and ensure effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
- Take notes and ask clarifying questions during discussions.
- Demonstrate awareness of non‑verbal cues when listening and communicating.
- Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding.
- Work with supervisors to set goals, priorities, and manage time efficiently.
- Remain focused without being sidetracked by non‑urgent tasks.
- Show punctuality and reliability in meeting individual deadlines.
- Comply with and promote safety guidelines.
- Promote a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.
- High school/GED required.
- Some warehousing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality, accurate work on deadlines.
- Standard shift hours generally observed; overtime may be required.
- Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
- Meet customer onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug testing, when applicable.

Salary range: $16.54 to $20.65 per hour, depending on shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs. Variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions may also apply.
