Warehouse Specialist – Shipping 2nd Shift – NAIC2

Job Summary

Warehouse Specialists are responsible for receiving, moving, picking, and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor, operates handheld scanning equipment, follows processes, and works in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize safety and best‑practice knowledge while operating equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), cranes, or box trucks.
  • Assess bottlenecks in work processes and coordinate with team members to streamline workflow and achieve process‑improvement goals.
  • Compile and analyze data to evaluate the impact of process changes.
  • Determine short‑term production capacity and apply organizational techniques to meet production schedules.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of receiving, shipping, and warehousing procedures; report material‑flow issues to management.
  • Gather pertinent data, analyze patterns, and identify underlying issues to recommend detailed solutions.
  • Implement solutions based on standard practices and prior experience; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain safety guidelines, promote clean and organized (5S) warehouse operations.
  • Support teammates by listening attentively, validating understanding, and building due dates into assignments.
Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehousing experience.
  • Ability to operate PIT, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver high‑quality, accurate work on deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort working non‑climate‑controlled spaces; willingness to work standard shift hours with potential overtime.

Salary Range

Estimated current base salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour. Compensation may vary by shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs.
