Replenishment, Decant & Full Case Fulfillment Supervisor
The Replenishment, Decant & Full Case Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory is accurately replenished, processed, and fulfilled in support of customer demand. This position supervises associates and powers industrial truck operators while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and employee development. The Supervisor partners with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflow, drive operational performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the distribution center.
Responsibilities30% Replenishment Operations
- Oversee daily replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and support fulfillment demand.
- Direct Reach Truck and Order Picker operators in reserve‑to‑forward pick replenishment activities.
- Monitor replenishment priorities and resolve inventory flow issues impacting service levels.
- Manage full case picking workflows to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

- Lead daily decant operations to ensure product is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor department throughput, labor utilization, and workload balancing.
- Ensure inventory integrity and compliance with established operating procedures.
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly associates and PIT operators.
- Conduct start‑up meetings, performance discussions, and training activities.
- Support employee engagement, accountability, and career development initiatives.
- Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PIT operating standards.
- Conduct safety observations and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Drive process improvements through KPI analysis and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED. - Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
- Experience supervising replenishment, inventory movement, fulfillment, or warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience leading PIT operators including Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment.
- Experience managing multiple operational functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.

Work EnvironmentWarehouse/distribution center environment with varying temperatures, noise, and exposure to moving machinery. Fast paced and safety focused.
Salary$27.74 – $32.26 per hour (US – IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center). Individual pay determined by location and other factors.
