Job Summary
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include applying and scanning labels to ensure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. This position works in a fast‑paced environment, operates handheld scanning equipment, follows processes and is a team player.
Shifts- 1st Shift – starts between 5:00 am‑7:00 am until 1:30 pm‑3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift – starts between 1:00 pm‑2:00 pm until 9:30 pm‑10:30 pm
- 3rd Shift – starts between 3:00 pm‑6:00 pm until 1:30 am‑4:30 am
- AWS Shift – Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 6:00 am‑6:45 pm
- Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping, and warehousing materials.
- Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin.
- Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
- Implement prescribed steps and ensure effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
- Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions.
- Demonstrate awareness of non‑verbal behavior/cues (e.g., body language) when listening and communicating.
- Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding.
- Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manage time efficiently to accomplish goals.
- Remain focused without becoming sidetracked by non‑urgent or less important tasks or interruptions.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in meeting individual deadlines, completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Comply with and promote safety guidelines.
- Promote a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.
- High school/GED required.
- Some warehousing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on delivering high quality, thorough, and accurate work on deadlines.
- Standard shift hours are generally observed; overtime may be required.
- Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
- Meet background check and drug‑testing requirements for specific customers if required.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $16.54 to $20.65 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
