Business controller

Functieomschrijving: Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Business Controller. In this role, you are responsible for developing, improving, and implementing the entire planning & control cycle and procedures such as forecasting, Capex, and accounting guidelines. You translate figures into plans and budgets together with management and help decide on financial strategic matters and policies.

You ensure that the organization has insight into various planning & control variables and set the organization in motion. You have an advisory role, ensuring improvements, monitoring, challenging management, identifying and managing risks, and seeking opportunities for the organization. This ensures that the organization can grow in line with its strategy.

Gevraagd wordt: As a Business Controller, you are responsible for:

• Analyzing business organizational processes;
• Drawing up KPIs in consultation with management and reporting on these periodically;
• Handling cost price and investment analyses for various private limited companies;
• Preparing (monthly) management reports and analyses;
• Implementing structural improvements in the financial infrastructure.

You act as a sparring partner for the CFO, who is your immediate superior, as well as for the management of the various BVs within the Board of Directors. You cooperate with the financial controller and finance employees to further professionalize administration and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
