Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a motivated Account Manager to develop and manage key customers of our Parcel Locker product line. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with customers, supporting their order fulfilment and requirements, and expanding SNBC’s presence in the European parcel locker market. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel across the region.
1.Customer relationship management
- Build long‑term partnerships with customers and support their project success.
- Support customer for order fulfillment and coordinate teamwork.
- Clarify customer requirement scope & present proposal with technical support colleagues.
- Lead customer tenders.
- Review & negotiate contracts.
- Manage quotations.
- Manage customer order forecast.
- Monthly analysis of customer revenue vs forecast.
- Establish yearly parcel locker market report.
- Lead exhibition for Parcel locker product line.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- More than 3 years of B2B sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in logistics industry is a plus.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- Valid driving license.
