Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Development Coordinator for a client in Effingham, IL. The Development Coordinator role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless project execution by managing documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across construction, design, and site selection functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for maintaining accuracy in various database systems.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects from inception to closeout.
Development Coordinator skills:
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Project management and workflow organization
- Ability to learn new computer systems and databases
- Detail oriented documentation into various database systems
- Communicate to departmental and external teams or contractors regarding project status and updates
- Document, track, and closeout project specific progress records, documents, payments, and receipts
- Facilitate team meeting documentation by capturing project updates, action items, key issues, and decisions, to support team alignment and accountability.
