Onsite Service Representative

As an onsite services representative, you will be given a specific territory within the Quincy, IL/Hanibal, MO area to service some of our largest clients. You will be the face, ensuring all inventory is properly stocked and accounted for, placing new orders, and connecting with customers to see how we can continue to meet their needs and improve processes. This role balances skills within inventory and data tracking, with a strong emphasis in client relations.

Mileage for this role will be reimbursed at a rate of 72 cents/mile for travel between sites.

• Great Customer Service
• Hands on experience with small tools
• Excel Knowledge - will need to log numbers
• Need a valid driver's license and their own transportation
• Good with excel
• Can lift up to 30lbs - will be moving around and lifting boxes a lot

• Inventory Exp or stocking shelves

• Service once customer location with the following specific responsibilities:
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations, ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided
