Looking for a full-time job opportunity with great benefits and shift differential? We are searching for individuals with customer service experience to work various shifts between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm on Monday-Friday as Outbound Patient Service Representatives.

- Provide outbound communication for multiple dental offices with the goals of accurately scheduling patients within guidelines, routing clinical and billing inquiries to appropriate clinical or administrative pools.
- Initiates outbound communication to unscheduled patients to optimize the schedules for supported offices.
- Assesses the patient's need and responds with critical judgement and ensures the appropriate resolution to provide exceptional customer service.
- Quickly build rapport with patients through outbound communications.
- Ability to use professional verbiage when reaching out to patients to schedule and leaving messages.
- Exhibits sensitivity to patient health information and protects confidentiality. Maintains privacy at all times for patient and employee information.
- Adheres to service specialized work-flows for multiple offices. Follows protocols built in the software, navigating quickly between multiple computer systems with dual monitors, and documented practices scheduling and requirements.
- Promotes a positive and productive environment, supporting teamwork and communication.

- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent communication and outstanding customer service and listening skills required.
- Critical thinking, sound judgement and strong problem solving skills essential.
- Must be team-oriented, open minded, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
- 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferred.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Sales experience helpful.
