We’re currently looking for a Patient Services Representative Supervisor.

- Supervise and manage multiple Patient Service Representatives with day-to-day functions.
- Manage KPI’s for individual Patient Service Representatives.
- Quality Assurance with patient care.
- Assist with office complaints and issues.
- Coach and support team leads along with Patient Service Representatives.
- Prepare GAP analysis reporting.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Patient Services Representative.
